International Orders - Shipping Conditions
We are delighted to offer international shipping for our products. If you wish to place an order from outside Switzerland, please follow the instructions below:

Send us an Email: Prior to placing your order, kindly send us an email at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your full name
- Shipping address (including country)
- Contact number (optional but recommended)

Payment via PayPal: To process your order, we require payment through PayPal. Once we receive your email and verify the availability of the items, we will send you an invoice via PayPal, including the shipping cost of 37.- CHF. You can then make the payment securely through your PayPal account or using your credit/debit card.

Shipping Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully processed, we will prepare your order for shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details to monitor the delivery progress.

Customs and Duties: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges related to customs clearance will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Time: The delivery time for international orders may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time during the checkout process.

Returns and Exchanges: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for international orders, unless the items received are damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will assist you with the return process.
